VICTORIA HOMES LTD., intend to apply to An Bord Pleanála for permission for a strategic housing development on a site c 4.28 ha, Glenamuck Road South, Kiltiernan, Dublin 18. The proposed development will consist of 203 residential units comprising 30 houses (20 No. three bed and 10 No. four  bed up to 3 storeys), 173 apartments, including duplex (31 No. one bed, 124 No. two bed and 18 No. three bed within 13 blocks up to 6 storeys). The development will include a creche (480.4 sqm), local shop (83.5 sqm), social/amenity facility (299.4 sqm), two ESB substations (total 45 sqm), roads, parking (268 spaces for car parking, 312 spaces for bicycles and 24 spaces for motor cycles), landscaped open space, attenuation and all ancillary site development works, boundary treatments and services provision. The development will include a new access from Glenamuck Road and the provision of access connection points, (vehicular, cycle and pedestrian) to future adjacent development lands.
